Merchant Scanner

Merchant Scanner / Acquirer Matching

Send every merchant file to the acquirers that will say yes.

Acquirer Matching reads the merchant's risk assessment and shows which acquirers fit, why they fit, what they will still ask for and which would decline. Then each acquirer reviews the file on its own private link.

The problem

A good merchant sent to the wrong acquirer is a lost month.

Every acquirer has its own appetite: the verticals it boards, the regions it serves, the volumes it wants and the chargeback ratios it will accept. Those rules usually live in someone's head or a spreadsheet.

Send a file to the wrong acquirer and you wait weeks for a decline. Send it with a document missing and the clock starts again.

How the match is made

Matching you can read, not a black box.

Risk class and vertical

The underwriting result sets the risk class, and the vertical is checked against what each acquirer boards.

Region and volume

Target markets and projected monthly volume are compared with each acquirer's regions and volume range.

Chargebacks and billing

The reported chargeback ratio and any recurring billing are weighed against each acquirer's limits.

What is still missing

Missing facts are listed as questions to ask the merchant, not treated as a refusal.

Your decision

Suggested by the platform, decided by your team.

Take the suggested acquirer, or choose one or several yourself. Overriding the suggestion asks for a short reason, so the file always explains why it went where it did. A merchant can be sent to more than one acquirer, each with its own link and its own answer, and you can compare them side by side.

The acquirer's side

A private review link for every acquirer.

Questions

Acquirer Matching: what teams ask.

How does Acquirer Matching choose an acquirer?

It compares the merchant's underwriting result, including risk class, vertical, region, monthly volume, chargeback ratio and recurring billing, with the profile of each acquirer on your panel, and explains every suggestion.

Can we send one merchant to several acquirers?

Yes. Choose one or several acquirers; each receives its own private review link and gives its own answer, and you can compare them side by side.

What can the acquirer do on its review link?

Review the merchant file, request more information, approve with the merchant ID it assigned, or decline. Both sides see one shared history.

Does Acquirer Matching make the acceptance decision?

No. It is decision support for your team. Each acquirer's own underwriting makes the final decision.
